Artisan wood-fired pizza maker since 1980. Restaurant run for 10 years by the current owners. You will find Italian and Sicilian specialties. The pizza dough is made in the tradition with a minimum of 2 days of leavening. We make our own fresh pasta, agnolotti, penne and lasagna. There are many veal specialties on our menu, whether val d'aostana (veal cooked in white wine and butter, with parma ham, mozzarella and au gratin in a wood oven), or veal with mushroom cream and truffles. homemade sweets, the essential coffee tiramisu and also the nutella tiramisu.
